What was the highlight of Best Western Hotel Libertà Modena
Amazing location in the heart of Modena!
Located in the heart of Modena shopping center with so many historical sights and attractions all around, it makes it the ideal accommodation in town! The big plus was the very hospitable staff greeting the customers and going above and beyond our expectations. For example it was raining heavily the first 2 days and although they had given out all the umbrellas available at the hotel, so the receptionist gave us their own umbrella to use for our walk. Plus so many more little things provided that makes the difference!
The plumbing in my room was poor. Shower fills with water after 1-2 minute shower so had to take very fast showers. Sink leaking on the bottom plus other pipes leaking too in the bathroom. Can't leave windows open as there's mosquitos, maybe nets would be good outside the windows to filter bugs getting into room. Generally speaking some renovations/upgrades are needed.

Our room was on a lower first floor and was a bit noisy and also dark as you cannot keep the shutters open.

Center of city! Quaint, near a main plaza where food can be obtained
Parking arrangements; cost of parking. Location is very difficult and confusing to get to. Most GPS guidance’s will not be correct, pay attention to their instructions

Fantastic
The staff was super-friendly and helpful, the hotel is perfectly located and the cost is fantastic. Would repeat if I go back to Modena.
The bathroom is a bit small, that is my only complain
